…showed last 75 words of 1171 total…back during the old english era were completely the same, but it had its own style. What I do know that are similar are biblical references between both poems. In Beowulf, many biblical references were brought up, and in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight I caught a few names that are mentioned in the bible as well. In conlusion, I learned that not all poems that were created back then are not the same .
