Essay of Definition
Pride is not something you find around Lingle these days. Pride is cheering your home team on at a sporting event. Pride is taking care of the school that almost 175 kids attend. Pride is respecting those 175 kids in every possible way. To tell you the truth, I can almost guarantee you that no one in our school has pride for Lingle.

there to support your team. Really, though, to many people, a football game is just a social event. The only time kids pay attention to the game is when someone scores a touchdown. It is only because everything gets loud, and you can't help but look.
I guess pride, to me, is something you hold close to your heart and defend it no matter what. Who knows, Lingle may never see this from its students.
