My study habits consist of numerous techniques in order to learn the material I need to know for each of my classes. I like to read the material in the textbook before it is gone over in class. I then take notes in class and do my best to understand how the textbook relates to what is being taught. …showed last 75 words of 709 total…go to work and earn a wage. That is an example of extrinsic motivation, but I also find intrinsic motivation through playing paintball. I also need motivation to go out and play the sport, and spend the time that I do in order to drive to the field and set up all of my equipment. This is intrinsic motivation, because the joy I find from playing paintball motivates me to spend the time doing it.
