think it is very apparent that another study should be done but attention needs to be focused on issues like differences in time and risk among the individuals. Yes Moral Reconation therapy did work in reducing the number of re-offenders. The research is limited the evidence is problematic. Yet both programs did help some. So as suggested the programs that focus on changing participants' thoughts and attitudes appear to be effective approaches to reducing re-offenders.
