Do I agree that individual make rational choices about whether or not to commit a crime? Yes and No, because it depends on the type of crime committed. When dealing with rational choices about whether or not to commit crime, I think it depends on the crime. Most crimes are thought about before the crime is committed and there are those who commit crime without knowing, such as anger, protection and aggression type crime. This is why I agree and disagree that individuals make rational choices to commit a crime.
