Definition of reckless driving:
~No person shall drive any vehicle or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.
~Any person who drives in such a manner as to indicate either a wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. Reckless driving shall be considered a greater offense than careless driving.
Punishment for first offense:
~Be fined no less than $100 nor more than $300, or
