…showed last 75 words of 343 total…students to focus better in morning classes. Teenagers would probably do much better in school if they could still go to sleep at 10 or 11 but wake up an hour later and be able to eat breakfast and be awake when school started. Even if I go to sleep at 9, having to be awake and focused at 8 in the morning is almost impossible. I think it would help me a lot to start school at 8:30 or 9.
