Americans have the right to be, do, and say what they want. Not allowing public smoking would be a discrimination against smokers. Regardless of what reasons people have against public smoking, all evidence supporting public smoking is too great to disregard. Though there is no certain idea as to what the outcome will be to this ever-continuing battle between smokers and non-smokers, one thing remains clear: smokers will never give up their rights.
