…showed last 75 words of 947 total…I never felt anything more than an arm's length closeness to the story of "Snow Falling On Cedars." It's an interesting telling of the unforgivable treatment that the US government inflicted on its own people. For all the camps like Manzanar, where the Japanese-Americans were interned, there were none for the Germans or Italians in the US at the time - a point the film makes, strongly. I give "Snow Falling On Cedars" a B-.
