we are only letting down our guard and we allow what that person says or does affect us as a person. I think that a Stoic attitude can help with many daily hassles and if more people were to actually take the time to think before they react, they too would see that Stoicism is just trying to bring out the reality of the world and create a more peaceful alternative to living life happily.
