While planning this project I thought about the American Dream and its meaning. I realized what made up the dream and how it has drastically changed over the past 50 years. 5-Fame-"Great popularity, being widely known." Popularity is an important aspect of life. Everyone wants to be well known, and in America, our celebrities are more recognized than our nations leaders. I agree that fame is an American dream because we look up to celebrities and just look at the lines of people trying out for American Idol!
