Unfortunately, a greater need for evidence is needed because of the Charter and its gotten longer to get results even with new processes and better data gathering. The Charter, in its complexity, causes our trade to become rather very complex and very hard morally to do; furthermore I would say "Hard to accept at times because of the great need for evidence".
