Macbeth. They made him over-confident and think that nobody could kill him. The witches are the main factor in Macbeth's evilness and overconfidence. If it wasn't for the witches Macbeth and lady Macbeth would have just been happy with being thane of Cawdor and Glamis.
These three Characters, rather they lead to the death of Macbeth, pushed him to do things or relied messages to him, helped make the play of Macbeth a great masterpiece.
