A question that has been troubling tobacco companies these days is, "Should Cancer patients be allowed to sue tobacco companies for their disease?" Many cigarette smokers have made the decision to do this, which I believe is totally wrong for several reasons.
For example, some of these cigarette smokers are using their sickness as a way to get money from these big companies. After the Florida Class Action, there will definitely be more copycat lawsuits.

In conclusion, tobacco companies may encourage smokers, but they do not force it upon them. Therefore, they should not be blamed for their advertisements and products. Everyone has their own mind and they are capable of saying "No" and if they do not, then that is their own problem.
