Dear Mr. Principle,
There are a lot of kids out there, who break the rules, and many of these kids get caught and get in trouble, but that does not stop them. They get in trouble once and they get punished and just keep getting in trouble after that. The problem is that these punishments are not harsh enough. Some things that should be done or taken away from troublemakers are school functions and activities,

you do it enough I think they would get the hang of it.
Taking away school functions and activities, taking away parking and locker privileges, and giving them the usual punishment I.S.S. or Saturday school are the only things that I know of to do to troubled some kids. So if none of those work I would just kick them out of school. I think that is the only thing left to do.
