and tension. The conflicts, tension, and therefore plots for revenge eventually lead one's misery or tragedy. Although very slow and hard to grasp at times, Wuthering Heights was quite an interesting novel. Emily Bronte used the revenge theme perfectly as it did enough to keep the reader interested and sometimes in anticipation of what would resolve of the characters' conflicts and plots of revenge.
