I hate to say it, but you might want to try the anti-histamine products such as Benadryl...they can make you drowsy, but not all of them and they do a good job of getting rid of allergies. I've got a book on ephadrine and pseudo-ephadrine somewhere...I just moved to Arizona so some things are hard to find right now...I'll keep my eyes open for it though...hope this helped!
