In both the junior high as well as the high school I attended, students were expected to participate in various health classes in order to meet graduation requirements. Because of these classes I was required to take, I consider myself to be somewhat knowledgeable on the subject of human health. I realize that in order to do so I will have to drop many negative habits that I have picked up, so I intend to work hard at doing so. I want to live a long and healthy life and intend to use what I learn in my health classes to reach my goal.
