The Syracuse City School District and the Westhill School District are similar in that they are both regular public schools located in a midsize central city. Most people would think that the academic performance of each district would be similar. The Westhill schooldistrict's Census poverty index is less than 2 percent. Their classes are a lot smaller so they can get more one on one attention from the teachers. My sister is currently attending Westhill school and is doing very well compared to what she did in the Syracuse City school district.
